Refund Policy

Q Fuels can issue a full refund prior to the commencement of the contract or delivery of fuel into fuel storage locations.

​

Once the contract has been completed or delivery into fuel storage locations, a refund part or whole cannot be issued.

​

Full refunds are considered the whole of the purchase price minus any 3rd party fees i.e. credit card transactions and late payment charges are non-refundable.
